Our turnaround time for shipping out order is between 1-2 weeks. We do not offer any refunds of any kinds including any trade offs as well. By placing your order you have acknowledged and accepted these terms. Items will be shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for any damages during delivery as well as shipping to an incorrectly provided address. If there is damages please submit a photo to us right away and we will handle it from there
